Ordering Information

All orders placed in the course of a regular business day are received by our customer service team the next business day morning and processing begins. We ensure accuracy and completeness, any missing details result in the order being placed on hold and customer service contacting you.

  1. Please double-check shipping addresses for accuracy, as we do not bear responsibility for orders shipping to an incorrect location.  Once an order ships from our warehouse we cannot change where it is going to.
  2. When placing an order with a coupon code or discount please ensure the code applies and the prices reflect the discount before checking out.  If there is any issue please call our office at 860-612-0439 before submitting your order.  Once the order is submitted the prices on items cannot be changed, and you will be charged the full amount.

Payment Information

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa credit cards. Your card is charged at the time of order submission, the total will include applicable shipping costs, sales tax (CT customers) and duty for international customers.  

*Please note for refunds to credit cards it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.  This is due to varying processing times at your bank.  Please follow up with us if the refund has not been received after 10 business days.*
