Shipping Policy
We strive to provide quick shipping of your order as possible! Most orders ship within 3 business days if they are 100% complete and ready to go.
- Any orders submitted with inaccurate information will be on hold until errors are resolved by our customer service team.
- If an item is sold out, our customer service team will reach out to you to discuss options such as changing color or style. This will delay shipping of your order.
- In the case of a shipped order that has been lost by a carrier, please let us know so we can investigate with the carrier. If the package is lost or damaged then we will re-ship your order free of charge.
Please note that while we will make every effort to get your package on its way to you, once it leaves our shipping department, shipping guarantees or lack thereof are all handled by the carrier. We utilize UPS & USPS for all shipments, please review their terms for tracking of your package.
Expedited Shipping: If you are looking to get products from us in a rush, please call our office at 860-612-0439 to verify product availability, review expedited shipping costs, we can then take the order over the phone with you. Orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to guarantee same day shipping.
